म्युज़िक थियूरी का ज्ञान ना होने के नुकसान
(1)अगर आपको म्यूज़िक थियूरी की नौलज नहीं होगी तो आप भले ही जितने मर्जी बड़े सिंगर संगीतकार या वाद्ययंत्र वादक बन जाएं आपको हमेशा अपने अंदर एक कमी सी महसूस होती रहेगी कि मैंने कुछ सीखा नहीं है, आपको गाते या बजाते वक्त हमेशा ये डर लगता रहेगा कि अगर किसी मास्टर या श्रोता ने कुछ पुछ लिया तो मैं क्या जवाब दूंगा,
(2)दूसरा आप किसी को संगीत सिखाने में बिलकुल असर्मथ महसूस करेंगे क्योंकि संगीत के बहुत सारे ऐसे बिंदु हैं जो एक सिंगर संगीतकार या वाद्य यंत्र वादक को सीखने ज़रूरी हैं अगर उनका आपको खुद ही पता नहीं तो आप किसी और को क्या बताएँगे और क्या सिखाएंगे
म्युज़िक थियूरी में आपको किस चीज़ का ज्ञान होना चाहिए
(1) सबसे पहले तो आप जो भी ईंस्टूमेंट सीख रहे हो उसके बारे में आपको पूरी जानकारी होनी चाहिए,चाहे वह हरमोनियम हो कीबोर्ड, पिआनो, गिटार या तानपुरा हो
(2) उसके बाद आपको स्वर ज्ञान यानी स्वरों के बारे में पता होना चाहिए कि कुल स्वर होते हैं, कितने स्वर शुद्ध होते हैं, कितने कोमल होते हैं और कितने तीव्र होते हैं आप सब को इस सब की जानकारी होनी चाहिए
(3) उसके बाद आपको सप्तक यानी ऑक्टेव के बारे में जानकारी होनी चाहिए कि संगीत में मुख्य कितने सप्तक होते हैं, उनके नाम क्या हैं,
(4)उसके बाद अगर आप सिंगिंग सीख रहे हैं तो आपका हरमोनियम या कीबोर्ड पर अलंकार और पलटे बजाने आने चाहिए और अगर अब रिदम वाला कोई साज़ सीख रहे हैं। जैसे ढोलक तबला ड्रम सैट ड्रम पैड तो आपको उस साज़ के बेसिक बोलों का पता होना चाहिए कि बेसिक बोल कौन कौन से होते हैं और कैसे कैसे बजते हैं,
(5)उसके बाद अगर आप सिंगिंग सीख रहे हैं तो आपको रागों के बारे में पूरी जानकारी होनी चाहिए। रागों के साथ-साथ आपको उनकी बंदिशें जैसे के छोटा ख्याल, बड़ा खयाल इन के बारे में आपको संपूर्ण जानकारी होनी चाहिए।और आपको रागों की परिभाषाओं का भी ज्ञान होना चाहिए,
(6)और अगर आप ताल वाला वाद्य यंत्र सीख रहे हैं तो आपको उसपे बजने वाली तालों और उनके अनेक प्रकारों का भी पता होना चाहिए
(7)अगर आप सिंगर या संगीतकार बनना चाहते हैं तो आपको संगीत को बारीकियां जैसे कि तान, आलाप, खटका,मुर्की,मींड ये सब और इनके इलावा बहुत सारे गीत, भजन,गज़ल, गीतों की नोटेशन बनाना उनको हरमोनियम, कीबोर्ड, पियानो पर आसानी से बजाने की काबलीयत होनी चाहिए,उसके साथ- साथ आपको तालों का भी ज्ञान होना चाहिए, क्योंकि एक सिंगर के लिए ताल का ज्ञान भी बहुत जरूरी है,
अब बात करते हैं प्रैक्टिकल की कि संगीत में प्रैक्टिकल में आपको क्या-क्या जानकारी होनी चाहिए?
(1)संगीत में प्रैक्टिकल में आपको बजाने का ज्यादा अभ्यास होना चाहिए। आपके अंदर वो काबलीयत होनी चाहिए कि आप जो भी वाद्य यंत्र सीख रहे हैं उसको बजा कर उसके साथ ऊंचे से ऊंचे और नीचे से नीचे स्वरों पर सफलतापूर्वक गा सकें, आप जितना ज्यादा अच्छा इंस्ट्रूमेंट बजा सकेंगे और उस पर गा सकेंगे आप उतने ही अच्छे सिंगर या संगीतकार बनेंगे।उसके साथ-साथ आपको जो भी ऊपर बताया गया है, वह भी नॉलेज आपको अच्छी तरह से होनी चाहिए।
