Good Qualities of a Musician

(7) One who is adept at playing both song and dance is called a good player.
(8) One who has complete knowledge about the Grah and Nyas.
(9) One who is aware of all the different types of instrument.

(11) Who has the ability to match musical instruments with Perfectly (proficiency),
(12) With a steady mind and a calm mind,
(13) One who gives respect to elders from his age, these are also good qualities of a player,
(14) One who takes great care of the cleanliness of the instrument, that is, the care and cleanliness of the instrument,
(15) The one who is not proud of himself, means the one who is not proud of his playing and his ability, then he is also called a good player.

गायक के अच्छे गुण ग
(1) जिसकी आवाज़ में मधुरता और सुरीलापन हो वह एक अच्छा गायक कहलाता है।
(2) जो संगीत से संबंधित ज्ञान थ्योरी और प्रैक्टिकल दोनों का भरपूर ज्ञान रखता हो, वह भी एक अच्छा गायक कहलाता है,
(3)जिसको गायन और वादन की सभी शैलियों का ज्ञान हो, यह भी एक अच्छे गायक का अच्छा गुण है।
(4)जिसका अपनी आवाज पर पूरा अधिकार हो मतलब वह नीचे से लेकर ऊपर तक के सभी सप्तकों में और सभी स्वरों पर सफलतापूर्वक गा सके
(5) जिसको कुदरती तौर पे सुरीला गला मिला हो,
(6) जिसका कंठ श्रुति और स्वर (कोमल, तीव्र को अच्छी तरह निकाल सके। मतलब वो बेसुरा ना होता हो वह भी एक अच्छा गायक कहलाता है।
(7)जो ताल को पूर्ण रूप से प्रयोग करना जानता हो,
(8) जो मेहनती हो और स्वर साधना में लगा रहे।
(9)जो स्टेज पर निडर होकर गा सकता हो
(10) जिसने अच्छे ढंग से संगीत की शिक्षा प्राप्त की हो।
(11)जो अनेक राग, रागिनीयों का ज्ञान रखता हो,
(12) जो खुद भी संगीत की रचना कर सकता हो
(13) जिसमें कोई दोष ना हो और जिसका चरित्र अच्छा हो, वह भी एक अच्छा गायक कहलाता है।
(14) जिसका अपनी आवाज़ पर पूरा कंट्रोल हो और शुद्ध शब्द उच्चारण करे जो हर किसी के समझा आ सकें।
(15)जिसके दिल में कला को ऊंचा उठाने और ज्यादा से ज्यादा सीखने की इच्छा हमेशा बनी रहे।
(16)जो संगीत की उपासना करने वाला और गुरु, उस्ताद का आज्ञाकारी हो।
(17)जो बेताला और बेलय ना हो यानी जो लय के अंदर रह कर ही सब कुछ गाता हो वो भी एक अच्छा गायक कहलाता है,
(18) जिसमें स्वर का कच्चापन ना हो मतलब जिस भी स्वर पे गाए उसकी आवाज़ उस स्वर से बिलकुल मिलती हो
(19) जो नीरस ना गाता हो मेरे कहने का मतलब है कि जिसमे गायन में बहुत ज्यादा रस और फील हो तो ये भी एक गायक का अच्छा गुण है
(20) जो कंपित आवाज़ में ना गाता हो,
(21)जो बिना किसी परिश्रम के गाता हो, यानी दर्शकों को ये ना लगे कि इस गायक को गाने ज़ोर लगाना पड़ रहा है या इसका चेहरा बिगड़ रहा है या इसे दिमाग पर ज़ोर देना पड़ रहा है जो बिलकुल फ्री माइंड होकर गाए तो ये भी एक गायक का अच्छा गुण है
(22) जिसको रागदारी का बहुत ज्यादा ज्ञान हो और जिसकी स्वर पे पकड़ बहुत अच्छी हो
(23) जो दर्शकों की पसंद का ध्यान रखते हुए गाता हो
(24) जो कर्कश और बेसुरा ना गाता हो तो ये सब भी एक गायक के अच्छे गुण हैं,
(25)जो गुरु शिष्य परंपरा को अच्छी तरह जानता हो,
(26) जो दांत पीसकर ना गाता हो, मुंह उंचा करके ना गाता हो, डर कर ना गाता हो ,आत्मविश्वास रहित होकर जल्दी जल्दी ना गाता हो। ज्यादा मुंह फाड़कर ना गाता हो, जो कांपती आवाज़ ना गाता हो जो गले की नसें फुलाकर ना गाता हो, मुंह टेढ़ा करके ना गाता हो, आंखें बंद करके या नाक से ना गाता हो ,जो हाथ,पैर हिलाकर ना गाता हो,जो गाते समय मुंह से सी सी की, और सांस लेने की आवाज़ प्रकट ना करता हो।तो यह सब एक अच्छे गायक के अच्छे गुण हैं,
वादक के अच्छे गुण
(1)जो हाथ और उंगलियों का अच्छी तरह इस्तेमाल करना जानौता हो, यानी कितनी ज़ोर से और कितने हल्के से आघात करना है, यह जानता हो तो यह एक वादक का अच्छा गुण है।
(2) जो गायन और वादन दोनों का ज्ञाता हो, मतलब जो गायन और वादन दोनो की पूरी जानकारी रखता हो तो यह भी एक वादक का अच्छा गुण है।
(3) जो गायन और वादन दोनों का ज्ञाता हो, मतलब जो गायन और वादन दोनो की पूरी जानकारी रखता हो तो यह भी एक वादक का अच्छा गुण है।
(4) जो हाथों के गुण और अवगुण को भली भांति जानता हो तो वह भी एक अच्छा वादक कहलाता है।
(5) जो योग्य श्रोता के अभिप्राय को समझ कर बजा सके।
(6) जो वाद्य की ध्वनि की समझ रखता हो।
(7) जो सम आदि ग्रह के बारे में भली-भांति जानता हो
(8) जो गीत और नृत्य दोनों पर वादन करने में निपुण हो, एकअच्छा वादक कहलाता है।
(9) ग्रह और न्यास के बारे में जिसको पूर्ण ज्ञान हो।
(10) जो वाद्य के सब प्रकार के भेदों से अवगत हो।
(11) रूप एवं सुरेखायुक्त जिसका शरीर हो,
(12) जो वाद्य यंत्रों को निर्मुल (निपुणता) से मिलाने की क्षमता रखता हो,
(13) स्थिर चित एवं शांत मस्तिक वाला,
(14) अपनी उम्र से बड़ों को सम्मान दे'ने वाला,ये भी एक वादक के अच्छे गुण हैं,
(15) जो वाद्य की स्वच्छता यानी कि वाद्य की देखभाल और साफ-सफाई का बहुत ज्यादा ध्यान रखता हो,
(16) जो अपने ऊपर गर्व ना करता हो मतलब जिसे अपने वादन और अपनी काबिलियत पर घमंड ना हो तो वह भी एक अच्छा वादक कहलाता है।
(17)क्षमता से ज्यादा द्रुत लय में बजाने का अभिनय ना करने वाला भी एक अच्छा वादक होता है।
(18) संगत यानी मंच पर दूसरे कलाकार को हीन ना दिखाने वाला मतलब दर्शकों के सामने दूसरे कलाकारों की ख़ामियों को ना बताने वाला भी एक अच्छा वादक होता है।
(19) जो गुरु शिष्य परंपरा को अच्छी तरह जानता हो,
(20) जो समय का पाबंद हो यानी कि मंच पर समय से पहुंच जाए।
(21) जो अपने वादन में फुर्तीला हो और देर तक मंच पर परफॉर्म कर सकता हो, तो वो भी एक अच्छा वादक कहलाता है।
